Have a say in the development of Uppingham
We have now formulated a response to the Independent Examiners questions and concerns. The modified Submission Draft Neighbourhood Plan with an Environmental Report Addendum will be submitted shortly to Rutland County Council. The County Council will publicise the submitted plan for a six-week period and invite comments.
Since our last post on 20th May 2024 we have been working hard to address the questions and concerns raised by the Independent Examiner. The independent Assessor of our draft revised Neighbourhood Plan held a hearing on 12 April 2024 to review it. He raised some points regarding density and site selection on which he seeks further information from us, and we are currently working towards providing that to him.
